Digital Product Refund Policy
At Stitch Junction, all products are digital download files. No physical items are shipped.
Because our cross stitch patterns are delivered digitally and are available to access after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the pattern is right for you.
EU Digital Content Withdrawal Notice
For customers in the European Union, digital products may normally be subject to a 14-day withdrawal period.
However, by purchasing a digital download from Stitch Junction, you agree that the digital content will be made available to you immediately after purchase. You also acknowledge that once the download or digital delivery begins, you lose your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase.
Because our products are digital downloads and are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been made available, unless there is a technical issue, missing file, wrong file, or duplicate purchase that we are unable to resolve.
Digital Downloads
After purchase, your files will be available to download. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to a device and PDF reader that can open the files.

Issues With Your Order
Please contact us as soon as possible if:
You receive the wrong file
A file is missing
A file will not open
There is a technical issue with the download
You accidentally purchase the same item twice
We will review the issue and help resolve it where possible.
No Returns or Exchanges
As our products are digital files, there is nothing physical to return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital products.
Personal Use Only
All Stitch Junction patterns are for personal use only. Please do not resell, share, redistribute, copy, or reproduce the pattern files.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for digital products once the files have been made available. In rare cases, such as duplicate purchases or technical file issues that cannot be resolved, we may review the order and offer a solution at our discretion.
