Digital Products

Stitch Junction sells digital cross stitch patterns only. No physical products are shipped.

After purchase, your files will be delivered digitally and made available for download. You will not receive a printed pattern, kit, fabric, thread, frame, or any physical item in the mail.

Delivery Method

Once your order is completed, your digital files will be available through a download link.

You may receive access to your files by:

• Download link on the order confirmation page
• Download link sent to your email address
• Customer account download area, where available

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.

Delivery Time

Digital files are usually available shortly after payment has been completed.

In some cases, there may be a short delay due to payment processing, email delivery, or technical issues.

No Shipping Charges

Because all products are digital downloads, no shipping fees are charged.

We will do our best to help you access your files.

File Access

You will need a suitable device and PDF reader to open your pattern files. Some files may also be compatible with pattern-tracking apps where supported.

We recommend downloading and saving your files after purchase so you can access them later.

Important Note

As this is a digital product store, we do not ship physical items. Any reference to shipping at checkout should not apply to digital download products.
